As my own expertise is in custom graphic design, I will do all graphics work, but I need experienced help with customizing my existing CSS templates to get them to do what I want them to do. These templates will be used with Joomla and OS Commerce. This should be a very easy, cut and dry, 2 to 4 hour project time for someone already experienced with CSS. * Moving and renaming links * Moving tables, mods, etc. * Setting up bulleted lists * Changing colors * Various other aspects to further customize template
