Looking for Web 2.0 Designer with 3D knowledge and possible some flash

Hello! We are IT development company and we have too many projects, we are looking for someone to work with us as a freelancer based on a project, currently we need assistance in redesigning our current website. We are looking for someone with web 2.0 skills and have done atleast 5 sites, we want web 2.0 style with 3D and some animation, however if you dont know the flash, its not a problem we can use our in house flash developer. Please only respond with at least 5 web 2.0 designs. Our Budget is from $100 to $150 Note: No existing templates can be used! Should be exclusive design and cannot be sold to other clients.
