Need ecommerce site converted into Xsitepro Adsense site

Need ecommerce site converted into Xsitepro Adsense website. The site will no longer be an ecommerce site, so there will be no need for any shopping cart functions. You can view the site at: [login to view URL] The site does NOT have to be a perfect replica in terms of appearance, however you MUST retain EXACT filename and folder structure (except for shopping cart & checkout areas), since it's already indexed and ranking well. There must be Adsense link blocks along the top (under header), and 'skyscraper' along one side panel. Should be an easy project for an Xsitepro expert.
