Tweak bespoke code for Wordpress website

£250.00 max considered GBP I have a golf course website up and runiing for 2 years [login to view URL] Looking for someone to add on to the bespoke code to auto generate enails after customers book a tee time. Please advise on cost to undertake this. I can provide excel spreadsheet with codes changing each Friday for the next 5 years. > Roundwood Hall Golf Club website developed in 2021 through Wordpress. Apart from the description of the golf course and rules etc.. that are easily changeable the website should carry out two simple tasks. > > 1. Golfers register on the site and book an available tee time at a rate of £13 per person, this part is working well. We have recently adjusted the green fee rate from £10 per person to £13 per person. Website will automatically send out email confirming the order, this is working fine. > > 2. Golfers are also sent out a confirmation email with gate access code allowing them entry to the golf course. This email is generated and being sent out following the confirmation order. The programming for generating this second email cannot be found within the standard Wordpress framework, believe it is being done through some bespoke coding buried within the framework somewhere. The second email is still being sent out but without the 4 digit code. > > I had previously issued an excel spreadsheet to web developer with a 4 digit code from a Friday to a Thursday throughout the year. This spreadsheet finished in December 2022. Need to find where to enter codes for 2023 dates in to the programming and get these in place. Could even do up to 10 years of codes to get this all done in one session rather than re-visiting each year if that is easier or feasible.
