white label solution for bulksms

Hello; i want to set up a bulk sms white label solution reseller website. I want to have resellers that will also have their own website under me. The resellers should be able to signup for an account with me and get a ready made website template that needs little customization like; uploading their logo, company name etc. All they need to do is register the domain name they want and point it to my name servers. With just this they should start selling bulksms through their branded reseller website. i should credit their account from my own panel. please note that i will provide the web hosting and the sms gateway
