I have worked on Windows Server support for almost 20 years. Recently, I have worked on a number of Windows 2012 Hyper-V implementations. In fact, a few of them are set up in a very similar way to yours. The implementation of RDS on Windows Server 2012 is definitely different that any other previous versions. But the improvements are very good if a few fine-tuning steps are taken. The SSL certificate errors are not uncommon and ideally a proper 3rd party certificate should be installed. But if the server is only accessed from inside the network then there are some steps that can be taken to eliminate those certificate errors as well. All that being said, I believe I can provide you with the solutions your are requesting. Do you have remote accessibility to the main server that would allow me to remotely troubleshoot and perform the configuration changes that may be necessary?

May be the issue with SSL binding, I had a problem like this before and we have rectified the issue.I can do this 1 day.
