Worldwide SMS delivery of Midlet's WAP address

My company has created a Java Application (MIDLET) that runs on Java enabled mobile phones. Currently for our users to install this midlet on their phones they need to enter the URL of our midlet in the phones WAP browser.... for example [login to view URL] This is an error prone porcess for the usero I want to make is much easier for the users by sending this URL to the user's phone via SMS. So my project specification is .. ====================================== 1/. A user who wants our application sends an SMS to our number. 2/. We receive this SMS and send a SMS to user's phone number. This SMS should could the URL of our midlet. For example.. "Welcome to BLAH BLAH thanks please open this link [login to view URL] to download our application" Extras =========== 1/. I would like this to work from as many countries as possible. Please let me know in your bid how many you can make this work from 2/. There should be no charge for us for receiving or sending the SMS. (so no monthly charge, no charge for sending an SMS, no charge for receiving an SMS, no setup charge) 3/. The user can be charged for this process from their phone bill. This charge though must be reasonable (5 USD, etc). It would be nice for us to receive a proportion of this amount but that is not necessary. Any further questions please ask for clarification.
