WordPress theme changes and image mouseover functionality

My client wants changes to this demo site: [login to view URL] It's the Corona theme from [login to view URL] @ themeforest: [login to view URL] * remove black top + grey line (that entire container must go away) * make the menu look like in document provided by my client to me. Hover sate is underlined, current state is underlined * Website background must be grey gradient, like in customer document * no rounded corners on pictures * Adress info line in footer widget must be exactly as in customer document. * remove the copyright line in the original theme (the black area in the bottom - that hole container must go away).... * Small color changes (menu text, grey text must be black etc. Just to let you know there's a couple of small changes that we have to talk about/mail about/skype about).... Biggest problem. We will need to adress the customer request for the 1 large image and 3x3 smaller images (as you can also see in the mentioned document). the [login to view URL] is the original state, the [login to view URL] is the mouseover/hover state. Please note the hover state with 1 large caption title and smaller caption text. How do we implement this into this theme - so that the customer can easily change it later ? - your advise/suggestions for a solution will be appreciated ! ? There's already some portfolio functions in this theme that uses caption title+caption text as you can se in the demo that I have created (but that's not on hover state, maybe we can expand on that ? - Please suggest a solution. There will absolutely be more some small changes that the end customer will have, so please calculate this into the price of the offer that we most certainly will have to make end customer happy, before we can close this project. customer document attached to this project.
