Venue Website

I have reposted this to a previous job because the scope of works has changed. My aplogogies to all that bidded previously. **I am re-posting this as I have been overseas and because the project has closed, I cannot contact freelancers ** I am after a website that is based on finding venues around Australia. It also includes services such as event companies. The website is designed to assist people with finding, and enquiring to single or multiple venues at once. Some features of the website must include: - Brilliant searching features and indexing - Amazing look and feel of the website, this is critial - Shortlisting - Bulk mailing - Newsletters - Social Networking connect - Credit card processing and accounting (sending receipts etc) - Self sign up for members, including photo uploading, details updating (at anytime) etc - Advertising throughout the website - The use of javascipt and ajax (just a guess) to move around shortlists etc To give you an idea this is a very similar website: [login to view URL] The website I am looking at will be very similar to that website, but with more features. I have an Australian credit card processor that will provide the API for the website. I require constant updates with the project in case of any changes along the way. I am looking at starting the project within 1-2 months. I also require flexible code, as I will be expanding on this website in the near future, and I would like to keep a good relationship with the developer as I have many works that need doing. Please provide examples in your bid. As I need to see your level of work. Due to the nature of this business, I would like to arrange payment in small weekly/ fortnightly or monthly payments over a time period such as 1 year. You will need to provide me with a live web server for the time being (during development), but I don't want it to index it in search engines until its on the real web server (just don't submit it please). Upon completion I also need it to be transferred to my web server. The website will be 100% working with a support agreement for any bugs found while live. I would also like a report of the amount of people the website can serve, process etc etc My Budget is up to $4000. I know it always is, but budget is very tight and that is why I am wanting a payment process over a time period. Please give you idea of a payment plan in your bid / message.
