Web site visitor and banner clicker

I would like you to create a software which will visit a certain web site simulating a human user by visiting different pages and click on banners defined by me. It should be possible to define the number of banner-clicks too with random intervals in a given time frame. Each visit should have a different local IP. In short I want a simulation of local unique human visitors which should visit randomly the pages on my site and click on banners. Additional suggestions for the project are wellcome... Thanks
