Duplicate existing Flash + XML bio/portfolio site

Hi, I am looking for someone to build me a website in Flash but that is driven by XML. In other words, I want the site to be designed in Flash but I want to be able to change/update it by editing XML files (I am familiar with using XML but I am not as good at designing functionality in Flash). My requirements for this site are extremely basic for someone with experience working with Flash and XML together, and here is a link to a site that already exists that I would like it to look just like: [login to view URL] Basically, I want it to look as much like the site I posted above as possible, however, I want to be able to change the headings (as well as the content under each heading) as I please. For example, where it has the buttons for Editiorial, Music, Video, Bio, etc. I want to be able to add or remove these items at any point, but so that the list will still be centered on the page if I get rid of some of the buttons. Similarly, I want the navigation menu to be centered if I add more buttons to it (I will NOT need enough buttons to span multiple lines, I will only use ONE line for the navigation buttons). Also, I do not need you to fill it with content like that site has already...this site will be used for my personal bio/portfolio website, so I'm looking for something very clean and simple that looks like the site I posted above with almost the same functionality (without all the magazine covers). I WOULD like some sort of a gallery/imageviewer function built-in that will let you preview thumbnails of images and that when you click on them, it shows a larger version with an area for a short caption. It would be nice if you could play a slideshow of the images with a button click, as well as buttons for previous/next photo, but these are not mandatory. I am a photographer and would like visitors to be able to select a "Photography" button from the main navigation menu, which will display a list of albums (that I can add/remove as I need to), then from an album view you can select which specific photo to view. I do not have a time limit for when this must be completed, so I will be selecting the bid that offers the lowest price and has the highest feedback rating. The selected employee must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently in English and must respond to any emails/messages/PMs in a timely manner.
