AS3 Wiz for Carousel

This is a repost of a project that was never complete. I need this done soon. I have downloaded a Flash AS3 Carousel and modified it. It is rather complicated and I am asking you to not waste My or Your Time bidding if you are not Proficient in AS3 classes and functions. I need to add Simple functionality to a well documented file and .as class. It loads an exsisting external config also. Basically I need to load a movie on screen for each character of the carousel using and external XML file. I need to also add a "stats" window that comes up when you click the character that is in front. Very Simple idea but keep in mind this is an entirely OOP AS3 component. I have several of these small tasks to complete the project. I need someone that is good with tweenmax and basic AS3 based animations. Again its all very well documented and easy to follow, I just do not know AS3 well enough to add what I need to. I have a small budget for this but I think we can knock it out together in a couple days and if all goes well I have alot more work. I am still in the process of canceling the previous project but I need to get this done asap.
