Custom vBulletin 4.0 Publishing Suites Style / Skin

We need a graphic arts company familiar with vBulletin styles, especially the new 4.0 publishing Suite (which is now CSS based and not table based). We are looking for someone who can make a custom style similar in quality to those seen here… [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The theme will be a red white and blue patriotic theme with use of eagles. There also must be a space for a web banner in the header. We are hoping this is a reasonably simple project. We also would prefer someone with experience making skins / styles for vBulletin
