We want to integrate some of the functionality from editor () to CesiumJS (). The Cesium would probably controls the overall scene rendering. Since it does lot things required to support virtual globes (changing different layers, Cameras, etc.,). We should integrate some of the features from editor (like., translation, scaling and rotation using mouse with axis.) In other words, we are looking to bring minimum required editor functionalities into CesiumJS.
Candidate with expertise in cesium terrains server and its services along with knowledge of importing data from locally hosted open street map tiles and inserting tiff files over cesium layers. Job need to be completed on priority basis at the earliest. Candidate with good scala and java scripting knowledge preferred. Postgresql postgis database knowledge is a must.

Maptiler creates tiles with some recursive folder structure. And to use Jctiledscrollview we need all images to be in just one folder and locations of them should be defined by the file names as it can be seen in the screenshot so we need a freelancer to code a terminal script for osx which will convert the "folder with recursive subfolders and images" to a single folder with images named according to the level of zoom and locations.
I'm looking for the full creation of a walking cesium magnetometer like these: I will need the full schematics, a BOM sheet and any electrical mapping, PCB etc. Software is required, preferably 3D software. Custom map application needed. Would like to automatically create an image from a third party map tool that I have. Once I have the image I would like to tile the map (using functionality like MapTiler) so it can later be viewed in a browser.

El proyecto consta en entregar una VM de Debian o Ubuntu con apache2 como server, un sitio creado con python y flask (proveeo la estructura basica, solo necesito que funcione) y hay que agregar una pagina que muestre una ventana del visualizador Cesium (JS), todo configurado para poder accederlo por red.
