hello this is kim from korea i need a custom arduino board that has mega2560, uproading chip(ft232 or atmega16), micro-b usb connector the board size is 65mm x 70mm maximum and i need the way to uproad arduino bootloader on the board(atmega2560) and i have a pdf file that including pins arrangement and the pins use 1.25 pitch connector(ex, molex-53047) so in short mega custom board(just changing pins arrangement on the arduino mege mini pro board) board size is 65mm x 70mm maximum(less size is okay) board has 1.25mm pitch connectors 4.i need the way uproding bootloader best way is that you make gerber file and order the board and test it -but if you can't order the board just give me gerber file and i order the board and solder the board and test it thank

I have an EXTREMELY specific use case where I need the ability to manage RS485 equipment at a remote location. Unfortunately, the software that's required to manage this equipment will NOT work with Virtual Com Ports, it requires a physical FTDI FT232RL connected to my Windows laptop. To further clarify, the software itself does not allow me to choose virtual ports, it ONLY allows me to choose actual FT232RL hardware that's physically connected via USB. I've tried all the various "RS485->Ethernet" software bundles out there, but none of them work because they create Virtual Com Ports, which the software doesn't support. We need to simulate a FT232 IC by software on an AVR ATMega8 micro controller. We have at most a ROM limit of 1KB and RAM limit of 32B. We need a driver software for PC and a source code for AVR.
