Create and install multiple HESK help desk instances sharing an existing HESK database so each of my customers will have a branded HESK help desk. The only thing that will change is the logo in the upper left (INSURELINX) and the blue bar will change to match the different logos. We'll start with 2 new help desks as a test and more will follow. For each article, we have assigned a catalog number of the product the article pertains to (it did not have this feature out of the default package). Hello folks! We need to integrate our helpdesk solution (hesk) with WordPress and extend its functionality a little bit. There are many tutorials out there for wordpress integration, it should be fairly easy. In addition to the integration we need to make a few changes to Hesk and extend it's functionality. It already has a timekeeping function but the values are not saved in the database, we need another field added to the DB and a "save time" button that associates the time with the ticket. I am using Hesk helpdesk, When a ticket is printed I would like it to change the print job to print it in a custom format. I will provide Word document that show how I want the information formatted when it prints out of Hesk. Much of it is just pull text from Hesk and putting it in the appropriate place on the form. There are also a couple of part of where, for example, if the ticket has a status of Critical, then the printout should have a check mark in the checkbox next to Critical. Hiya, I am looking for someone to enhance the report function of HESK, in particular i need it to create a printable report that can print a sortable report that shows tickets by computer number or/and date so it would show the tickets created for say computer 22 showing the most recent first for that computer, (i have added computer no./name box in the create ticket page using the custom option but of course can add any other that are needed) what we are looking for is to be able to easily track /show recurring faults on a per computer basis, it would need to be able to sort the report by computer number and then per date for each ticket for that particular computer. if you need any more information do not hesitate to contact me. rgds geoff

It is open for the public to submit and review any/all open tickets. I will be attaching documents to the tickets so I need a login system integrated so that tickets can not be seen unless a client is logged in.
