Hi MDavid I am in need of a basic form that I can attach as a logon script. This form needs to pop up after a user logs on to his or her computer in my windows domain. The form will need to ask some basic questions like, Name, Address, Telephone number, thene once completed they will click finish and it the info gathered from the form needs to be emailed to me. Basically I just need to know a little about a handful of users that logon to a particula computer. They shouldnt be able to close this form until it is completed, which means they cant start using the computer until the form is completed.
