We look after a clients web site They have a very simple client logon area where a client enters in their assigned userid and password and it then displays the contents in their assigned folder. This folder is just a directory on their website. You can test this out by logging on with userid australand and password australand. So when you logon you see either directories or files that have been copied into their directory. The current system works but its pretty clunky. Also the way you add a new client and their logon details are awful. Basically all the information is entered into a text file. I need an extension to a existing website that creates a form for a Ocean Bill of Lading (see attached pdf). Basically has some security for users. A user would logon, fill out the form and the completed uneditable form would be mailed to themself as well as somebody in my organization. The form may need to be updated from within the organization but I would need to track which user filled out the form and when. Sort of a security measure to make sure this form is not misused. I house a SQL server on site as well as my own IIS server. I would need an admin portal for creation/deletion of the user account.
