I am looking for a simple 10 page website. This must look nice and work correctly. I would then like there to be location pages for each area of the UK. All towns, village and cities. These can be created from a template page, but will need to rank on google for that area. Each page needs to have a form on the page. This is the same form, but I need to be able to add or remove recipients of the form for each different page. Please only bid if you can do this to a high standard.

Example: I have a empty image with a posting bag, i have diffrent designs i need to put on this empty image so it looks good and real to have on my website. without me having to edit images to much i would like a nice template in example photoshop where i can just upload my diffrent designs and it will put the image on it.
I have a picture where I need to add between 4 & 6 buildings between 4 & 6 floors. The idea is to damage the nice sera of house with ugly building so neiborhood can realise the risk to them. You can also remove some of the trees on the upper middle left of the photo
