The task is to visit two locations in Oman 1- Verify two Certificates and get two forms filled, sign and stamped, one from Ministry Of Health Directorate General Of Health Services and one from Ebn Al Yaf Ei Medical Centre. 2- 4 to 5 geotagged photos are required with name board visible of each place. 3- In case of refusal take the written refusal with stamp with details of the person who refused to fill the form name, designation, phone number and email. If above mentioned requirements are fulfilled than task will be completed.
