Step 4. Ping to check if internet connection is alive. if connection fails - killall wpa_supplicants. Hello, - Looking for someone who can make - a script that runs on Linux that can do: 1. Scan for a specific SSID with a specific MAC address. And connect to it. I have some places where several SSIDS exist but only want to connect to a specific SSID. 2. Another setting i need is that the sript should WIFI scan all SSIDS with a specific name (more than 2 will exist with the same name). Then measure the strength to each SSID (access point) and connect to the SSID that has the highest strength. 3. So two settings - one is manually set everything and the other is automatic where script should scan ssids (with a specific name) and connect to the SSID which is strongest. 4. Want to run the script in the background as "daemon" or as a scheduled cron script. so...

We are deploying a EAP-TLS based WPA2 Enterprise wireless network and are looking for a web-based wizard that will walk end-users through the the certificate installation and configuration process on both Windows and Mac systems. This web-app will include downloading the user's certificate from our server, installing the certificate on the user's computer, and configuring the supplicant. We're looking for a wizard which runs on the client browser and configures the client, something like "Quick1X () or Cloudpath's "XpressConnect" (). We are already generating the client certificates, so you don't need to be concerned about that. What we are looking for is a web wizard that is easy, simple and idiot proof. A "Steve Jobs"
