I have an 18 minute video clip from a Nest 4K outdoor video camera. It captures a conversation. Unfortunately, there is a water fountain that produces significant noise and obscures the conversation. I have used the python packages librosa, noisereduce, and others to attempt to mask the fountain and enhance the voice bands; however, it's not quite enough.
