There's a DDOS, Brute force attack in a network and probably trojan files are still present in vps, you have to do the following: 1) Enable a firewall to block any unauthorized access via ssh, ftp, or RDP for Windows. 2) Check and stop or remove any suspicious software that is found running. 3) Scan the system for malicious activity 4) Boot into single user mode or safe mode until you have removed the source of the intrusion. This will prevent more servers outside of our network from being attacked. So improve the overall security and clean up the vps. Please be reasonable with rates, my budget is limited for the fix.
