I use an old version of FloorPlan 3D Deluxe by IMSI. It is perfect for my needs and I have been using it for 20 years with thousands of drawings in my database. I want to upgrade to Windows 10 but this version is not compatible. New versions are way more detailed than what I need and will take 10 times longer. I have a sketch of a residential home floorplan that I would like utilized for the following: 1. created into a digital floor plan rendering (plan provided is to scale) 2. architectural exterior elevations created based off the floor plan. The exterior rendering must be very contemporary and modern. The home will be featured in Florida - mostly stucco exterior, would like some wood cladding featured as an accent.
