We are a small team of web developers, and are selling a highly popular CakePHP-based turnkey solution to customers across the world. As we are expanding we have found that we require more technical support/freelancers to help with "customer service" side of the business - currently we have 3 outsourced workers who work for us for up to 20 hours/week each, helping with customer service aspects of the software - this mainly includes: answering tickets, developing software plugins, fixing bugs, debugging software problems on live servers, etc.
We have Trac software set up and also full ticket-based system connecting us to customers.
Our turnkey software is built in CakePHP therefore we require someone with good working knowledge of CakePHP (models, controllers, structure) and also full Apache/Unix experience. Current scope of work is about 10-15 hours per week, any time of day, but this may increase with experience. Must also be good at English, polite and happy to work with our customers directly. All of our current freelancers fit our work around their other main day jobs, etc. NB: This is NOT sales related, all the selling is done already.
