Job Title: Personal & Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities include:
- General administrative support
- Following up on orders, payments, and appointments
- Running personal errands
- Maintain online files, data entry, reports, and other confidential business documents
- Work with key staff members to track and monitor bills and expenses
- Manage calendar, schedule and coordinate travel itineraries
- Willing to travel if needed (Passport required)
- Keep busy parent on track professionally and personally
_ Receiving and keeping of mails for company coming from clients company and payment slips.
Qualifications:
-Strong management ethics, communication and research skills
-Possess a sense of urgency and the ability to follow through
-Self-motivated, detail orientated and punctual
-Strong writing, organization and communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
-school certification or college graduate or retired and willing to work from home.
