Professional Realtor in Dallas, Texas seeks a professional real estate assistant
***You Must be able to answer phone calls Monday-Saturday 8am-6pm Central Standard US Time*****
This is a position THAT WILL EXPAND into a much larger role and we require someone passionate about sales and real [login to view URL] WILL LEARN A GREAT DEAL FROM WORKING WITH ME ABOUT SALES, REAL ESTATE, AND BUSINESS.
We are expanding into our team here in Dallas and are going to be generating a large amount of leads with an on staff local marketer. Currently we are receiving a steady stream of leads. Therfore the person hired should expect more responsibilities in the future that will be compensated for.
To start however, we are looking to start someone out initially on $7-10 per hour depending on experience (must have extensive real estate experience on the top end. However, if that person is proactive and a great asset to my business after the FIRST 3 MONTHS, so that I close more deals, that person will definitely get raises as my business grows, The more deals you help me close and the more value you bring the more $$ I will pay you. The main thing is to show me your value and how you can increase my bottom line. I need someone proactive and dedicated with a passion for helping people and who can think on their feet. I will provide you with a lot of ongoing training an systems and be there to support you 100% however I need someone with real estate experience. great phone ability, and a determined attitude with fantastic verbal and written English skill.
Job Duties and Qualifications looking for below:
- Great written and verbal English skills - preferably no accent as there will be a lot of calling involved
-Extremely strong sales skills on phone and email with real estate experience and some appraisal knowledge is preferred
-Followup calls to clients in database to see if they're still interested to buy, confirm appointments, inform them of new properties in the market etc.
-Call warm leads that come in
-Be able to learn our CRM software to manage all your tasks and
followup. It is a user-friendly and great CRM that saves time. THIS IS OUR MAIN SYSTEM OF FOLLOWUP.
-Be able to learn our NTREIS MLS system quickly so that you can book viewing tours,send listings to clients, make CMA's (very crucial) , and saw searches and send comparables.
-Can learn Geography of Dallas and surrounding suburbs very quickly
-Help me develop systems to automate 80% of my tasks.
-Be proactive to help my business. That means if there isn't a
defined task for you and you completed all tasks early then you need to find
something to do to close more sales. Te person that does this will help me make more money and I in return will reward them with more money.
-Have some experience calling warm and cold leads.
-Scheduling appointments for me
-EXCELLENT PHONE SKILLS AND PRESENCE. GREAT SALES KNOWLEDGE AND APPLICATION PREFERRED. i WANT A PERSON MOTIVATED BY RESULTS. The trial period is up to 3 months. After that time if I see real value and you help me close more deals, I will start you on a bonus program
