As my personal manager, you will be responsible for managing my daily appointments and scheduling, organizing my personal finances, and assisting in coordinating my travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing my daily appointments and scheduling: You'll be in charge of maintaining my calendar, ensuring all appointments are scheduled and managed efficiently.
- Organizing my personal finances: You will assist in handling my personal financial matters, including budgeting, bill payments and tracking expenses.
- Assisting with travel arrangements: You will be responsible for coordinating and planning my travel schedule, ensuring all arrangements are made in a timely and cost-effective manner.
I anticipate needing your assistance on a daily basis, which would require prompt communication and coordination. While I prefer updates and coordination to be done via email, adaptability to other forms of communication may be necessary based on the nature of the task.
Ideal candidate for this role should have:
- Proven experience as a personal manager or similar role.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Proficiency in coordinating travel arrangements.
