Capex Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an individual to fulfil our HR / recruitment requirements. The individual would be required to perform task related to recruitment and other HR related tasks such as follows: 1) Search for appropriate candidates for our various openings 2) Prepare Job descriptions for our various openings 3) Interface with management to discuss and understand key requirements and openings in the company 4) Shortlist candidates based on Job description and determine suitability of candidate 5) Conduct first round interviews with shortlisted candidates 6) Shortlist and arrange second round interviews with management 7) Help in the preparation of the HR policies of the company The following are the skills and competencies that we expect the individual to posses: 1) Experience in recruitment (preferably in the real estate sector in India) 2) Specific experience in performing majority of the above mentioned tasks 3) Excellent communication skills to interact with management and prospective candidates 4) Understanding of basic behavioural tendencies and human psychology so as to judge and assess candidates 5) Requisite ability and competency to conduct first round interviews 6) Understanding and ability to produce human resources policies and documents required for the operations of the company.
