Real Estate Photo Tour Viewer
I need a flash developer to take the already designed UI interface and program it in a flash environment. All of the rollovers and images will be supplied so no design will be required. The flash file MUST pull the photos, descriptions and other data from an XML file to be displayed in the flash.
## Deliverables
1. The file must be fast loading on a client computer.
2. The flash file must load all details on a listing from an XML file.
3. Programmer to provide sample xml file format that works with the viewer.
4. Transitions between photos must be quick yet attractive. I'd like to see some examples before a decision is made.
5. Map page must pull up Google Maps 3.0 and display a specific address on the map. This will be fully integrated with Google Maps.
6. Thumbnails must scroll automatically when user goes up and down on the thumbnails.
7. Unlimited photos and thumbnails can be added to the viewer. Viewer should be able to have 50 photos with very little effect on load time.
8. When viewer is launched from a browser (clicking a link) the flash needs to auto resize and center in the browser window. No scrollbars for the user.
9. When the user clicks the PLAY button, it needs to auto rotate between each thumbnail in order (LEFT to RIGHT, then down).
10. When user clicks NEXT or PREVIOUS it loads the applicable photo.
11. When user clicks STOP during the auto-tour, it stops the rotation. Play resumes the tour where it left off.
12. the "x of x" (thumbnails) needs to be updated automatically when going through the photos.
13. Descriptions and titles will auto load from XML file above the photo.
14. All rollovers and selections will change to the appropriate supplied photo.
15. Video button loads the template and loads a video file. I need a suggestion on the file type to load here and easy way to load the file through XML.
16. PRINT - When user clicks print it needs to print a flyer with the listing details. This will simply load a URL that is specified in the XML file.
17. Fast and smooth transitions are crucial. I'd like to see samples on any transitions before it's programmed in.
