Job Summary: The Director & Business Representative will be responsible for representing the company in Estonia and managing the day-to-day operations of the business. This will include registering the business, opening bank accounts, managing tax filing, and cooperating with attorneys. The successful candidate will serve as the face of the company and will be responsible for ensuring that the business runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for the company in Estonia Register the business with the relevant authorities Open bank accounts and manage all financial transactions Manage tax filing and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Cooperate with attorneys on legal matters Provide regular updates to the company's management team on the status of operations Qualifications: Experience working in a similar role, preferably in Estonia Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Fluent in Estonian and English Salary and Benefits: The initial salary for this position will be between $300 basic per month for a 6-month contract period The possibility of a full-time role after the initial contract period Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company in an exciting industry Additional benefits like percentages are to be discussed during the interview process.
