Hi! I've been developing a number of ESP32 SoC based devices including IoT devices with sensor monitoring, processing and sending the results to remote server. Tough I've been writing software in C I can help you with MicroPython based software development too. From my experience the key moment wile working with ESP32 is to keep the power consumption as low as possible as the ESP is quite power hungry IC especially when working in Wi-Fi or Bluetooth modes. I can make the hardware part including prototyping and providing the complete production documentation of the device, lowest possible BOM count and price with flexibility to use alternative component parts.
