If you are looking to just copy email address from one part of the page to another and click a button when its done, i can write a script to do this for you. If you need a captcha code to be entered as well then maybe it has to be done manually. For doing this manually $20/hr sounds reasonable. For the script we can negotiate the price(would be much less than the $500 I mistakenly placed the bid for)
