PC game in medieval setting - Programming

We are developing a game which is set in a world of Knights & Dragons. For the programming side we need a skilled game programmer who can create for us a game which involves Knights with different abilities going on quests which involve running, jumping, shooting and swordfighting/jousting. We need a creative programmer who can add to our current ideas. A design document is available. Please note that although this is an ad for a programmer we also accept bids from teams which can do all elements of the game (code, graphics, sound effects etc.).
