I am eager to work in an environment which encourages me to succeed and grow where I can utilize my skills and knowledge appropriately. I do also have a particular interest in and relevant experience in customer-related services. I am able to communicate properly, a fast learner, multi-tasker, adaptable, communicative, and experienced with customer-servicing online. I had my on-the-job training at a travel agency where I am tasked to manage the online facebook page of the agency. I am also experienced in answering the queries of the customers through online chatting, texting, phone call, and face to face. In addition, I am also managing my aunt's facebook business page. Aside from that, it is an advantage to be a graduate of a technical vocational livelihood (tourism operations) strand , where I had learnt the basic customer-service skill. I am studying Hospitality Management where I can develop my skills and knowledge appropriately.
