Last year I put on a promotion for reading. I had contacted authors,ran a rafflecopter and was supposed to distribute prizes. Shortly after the promotion I became ill and wound up in the icu. I hae been battling with my health ever since. I really however want to complete the promotion. But I am recovering in panama and my focus is recovering, so I need an assistant who can check the results of the raffle copter, email the remaining authors explaining to them my situation and provide them with the information of the individual who won their prize, contact the prize winners and get their information/explain the situation to them as well.

Hello, This is a virtual assistant task and I can do it very well. Could you tell me how long will it last? a month or two? I know it's to contact them and if one candidate reply slow it will take a while, but I just want to know what you think how long will it take. Furthermore, I'm assuming you have a mail server or rather your own server to mail them as we will be needing them to email from the main contest domain rather than gmail/hotmail.
