I'm looking for a customer service professional who can assist with phone answering for my business. The applicant should be able to answer when leads call and be able to explain our services, schedule a free consultation using Google calendar, and send intake forms to the business. This also may involve taking phone calls from current clients with questions and calling leads who have filled out our contact form to schedule a consultation.
