We work in UK residential housebuildings and are looking for a freelancer to create a set of components within a figma template documents. These components will be a set of house type plotting diagrams (similar to the attached - final plotting diagrams) and highways components (examples shown in attached highways design guide). The should be produced as two different scales 1:500 and 1:1250. They will be used to quickly produce very initial feasibility sketches for UK housing developments, which will then be turned into a more 'sketchy' feel by manually drawings over the components in figma using a iPad and apple pencil. In total there will be 25 house type plotting diagrams (the 21 shown on the attached and a small number of extra ones I will provide to the successful freelancer) and up to 15 highways components. So there will be 40 components in two sizes. For someone experienced in Figma I would expect this to be a quick task.
