Flash Banner creation

We are looking to have somone design 4 different size banners for us to use in advertising. it must be catchy, animated, and either done in flash or GIF format. we will provide our company logo, and the "catch phrases" that must appear on the banner. Color scheme should reflect our company colors, and creativity and ideas are left up to you. This must have a quick turn around time. No more then a week. The banner sizes are as follows: 150x100 730x90 468x60 250x200 we do require that we see rough drafts, concepts, before the work begins and be updated on progress once we accept your bid. There is a company logo sample attached.
