428570 Graphics modifications

I need graphics modifications to a main site cover page splashscreen and web page header. The work consists of: 1. Inserting 2 or 3 cut out images into both the splashscreen and the page header. 2. Inserting a new logo (already created) into the splashscreen and page header. 3. Producing original PSD verions of both works 4. Producing web friendly JPG versions of both works. The page header should be ideally less than 30k. The splashscreen could be either converted to html or provided in a web friendly JPG format. Thanks
