Logo design for non-profit org - Belles

Need a logo designed for a non-profit women's organization called "Belles Inc." The design should be very feminine. An improvement over our current design which is attached. Text should be a formal script-style font, and a crown should be integrated into the design. I'd like something with the text and crown, and I'd also like an icon using the letter "B" and a crown. The letter "B" should look creative like a silhouette of a woman's face. Need project ASAP, have very limited budget to work with.
