CSS material design for long project

He have our current platform designed using bootstrap 3 and material design "ngmaterial". We need a good CSS designer to work on current project -fix current, create new pages as needed. Your work will be with team of professional js and front end. The project is already up and running yet we continuously add n3w features, fix old layout etc. It's a webapp build with angularjs, bootstrap, & ngmaterial yet you don't need any experience in such frameworks.
