Technical Recruiter

THIS IS AN ONGOING REQUIREMENT. IF YOU DO WELL, WE MAY CONSIDER CONVERTING THIS TO AN REGULAR FULL TIME REMOTE EMPLOYMENT OR A LONG TERM CONTRACT. You are required to work 8:00am - 5:00pm EST time. DON'T apply if you cannot work in this time frame. -We have a healthy client base that have requirements for Information Technology candidates from developer, analyst, SAP consultants, project managers. -You will need to review the job description/statement of work and understand the requirements to effectively source candidates. - Use a variety of innovative and creative techniques to identify candidates. - Work independently - Effectively screen both the technical competency and soft-skills of candidates to assess their suitability for specified roles. -Full life cycle recruiting for assigned full time and contract job requisitions within several corporate divisions for Information Technology positions. -Coordinate and schedule interviews via Client Account Manager -You will have to use Google Voice for placing calls. You will have to use an excellent internet connection. The cost of the internet connection will be reimbursed over and above the cost of this project. Desired Skills - Proven track record of identifying and sourcing candidates that other recruiters can't get to. - Solid understanding of the Software, Hardware, Networking, Infrastructure, Development, Database, QA and Support areas of I.T. - Strong experience with recruiting and hiring processes. - Proven experience with effective candidate screening techniques. - Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques including internet job boards, affinity groups, informal job sharing opportunities and obtaining candidate references. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with detail orientation - Excellent organizational skills - Motivated, energetic, smart, honest and highly-principled are musts! ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
