Event Management in Miami I need help with an event happening in Miami Design District from 5 to 8 Dec. I will not be personally in the US but I need help with the following: 1. Rent a jewelry showcase with lights 2. Get an aisle 3. Print an A1 size image to display on the aisle 4. Hire a promoter who can man the showcase during the 4 event days (handle enquiries) 5. Receive shipped catalogs and other materials for the exhibit 6. A 1-minute edited video as a highlight of the 4 event days 7. Photographs of the event 8. Send press releases out to media for this event In addition to the above, the following is important: - Managing all aspects of the event, including budgeting, logistics, and timeline. - Working with vendors to ensure necessary equipment, catering, and decorations are in place. - Overseeing event setup, registration, and coordination on the day of the event. I will do a full briefing to you and the promoter prior to the event. The jewelry pieces will be handled by the gallery itself. So there is no responsibility there. If the promoter is good, I am even willing to offer a 5% commission on sales. If you have experience in corporate event management and are familiar with the Miami area, I would love to hear from you.
