Help with Recruitment

Your job is to be my company's recruiter. You'd be using ZipRecruiter account; additionally, you can decide what best route, budget for other form of job placements. You'll call every single candidate and pre-qual over the phone for multiple channel of job opportunity.
You'll should know what a recruiter does to accomplish to be successful. You will coordinate, verify and confirm interview and meetings etc...You will write all job ads, you will update on a regular basis. Review resume's and contact prospects from competitors. You'll use linkedin and other way to accomplish this job. This is a long term job.
My goal is to have new hire every week starting Sept. for Sales Reps.
