The need is for full stack (front end, back end and customization). The application is basically a space for Users to open live streaming rooms and customers to join and donate to users. There is extensive customization needed an expert knowledge in streaming and streaming servers is needed. The application is expected to have hundreds of video chat rooms with thousands of users each. Can pay small startup fee in the beginning and then pay for sub modules of the projects.
