Help Optimize Mysql Queries

I have slow queries that run against my production database that I would like to optimize. I have [login to view URL] enabled and it seems there are roughly 3-4 queries that take like 5 - 20 seconds to run.
I.m running Your MySQL Server version: 5.1.61-log MySQL Community Server (GPL). The application server and database server are on the same host.
The mysql tables are InnoDB type. There are roughly 70-80k to 1 million records in the tables that are being querying.
What I'm looking to do is to communicate to you real time via chat to tune the queries. I think for the person who is well versed in mysql and SQL this could be a quick 1-2 hours of your time.
