Write developer documentation for C#.Net project

We have a web solution written from the ground up in C#.Net but the documentation is lacking. The project is ongoing but nearing completion. We would like a set of documents to be written to allow us to easily bring new developers on the project. This is what you have to work with : * Source code access. This is commented decently. * Developer will write a 1-2 page document with the highlevel overview. * Yahoo / MSN messenger communication with the developer for questions as you write. Developer can only be answering fairly brief questions due to other commitments. Scope of the code is approximately : * 4 libraries DLLS consisting of * * A data layer with approx 6000 lines of coude * Business classes with about 4000 lines of code * Simple entities (30 classes, very simple) * Presentation (perhaps 13.000-15.000 lines of code excluding html) * A few tool classes for accessing creditcard transactions etc. We expect : * Full set of documentation that allows a new developer to get into the project as easily as possible. * Diagrams / illustrations to make it easier to understand the hierarchies and relations between dll’s and classes. * Flowcharts to illustrate basic use cases (new entry etc) * Having high and medium level abstractions is important so it is very easy to understand the way the project works. * Documentation delivered in .doc or hyperlinked html format for easy cross reference. Please state what you can deliver or even better if multiple formats. You have to be : * Experienced in Technical writing * Experienced in the .NET framework and c# as a language. * Online on MSN/Yahoo to communicate w/ the developer. Please attach any technical writing samples with your bid. Your input into improvements of code, optimizations and so on would be valued. **_You will have to sign a reasonable NDA and fax it to us_** before we will release the sourcecode. Please bid quickly as I will end this bid as soon as I have a good qualified bid. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PDF / HTML / DOC.
