oscommerce shipping module

Hello, We need to configure our oscommerce shipping module as follows: 1. Fedex rates should be pulled from the fedex server (i think there is an oscommerce contribution to do so, "fedex real time quotes" or something) 2. Free Overnight on Orders over $150. 3. Free 2nd Day Shipping on Orders over $125. Customer be given option of faster overnight shipping (which will be charged) 4. Orders above $40 free Home Delivery shipping. But the customers be given option of choosing other shipping methods like 2nd day shipping or overnight shipping etc which they can choose to pay extra 5. Orders below $40, NO FREE shipping; rates from fedex server. We don't have a fedex account. But some sites seem to manage without a fedex account. Looking forward to working with you.
