Backup IIS SMTP data

Looking for someone who programs in Delphi 7 or above (win32) and can modify an existing program to add a new feature. The existing program is described here: [login to view URL] The new feature is backing up and restoring data from the Microsoft email server associated with IIS, so that email accounts can be transferred from one server to another. The XML component used is TNativeXml and you will need to use that (and it is excellent and fairly easy to learn). You will need access to a Win2003 server for testing. WinXP is NOT sufficient for testing.
